Joanne Deacon is the Owner and CEO of Renew You Med Spa, operating under the medical supervision of Dr. Michael McMillan. She is a registered nurse with 14 years of clinical experience, including 7 years specializing in aesthetic nursing.

In addition to her work in aesthetics, Joanne is a full-time cardiology nurse in cardiac rehabilitation and a proud mother of two boys. Renew You Med Spa is her passion project, combining her extensive medical background with her love for helping others feel confident and empowered.

Joanne believes in healing from the inside out and addressing skin concerns at their root.  She provides a clinically selected range of services, specializing in micro-needling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to stimulate collagen production, improve skin elasticity, and reduce fine lines, under-eye concerns, scarring, and pigmentation for a more even complexion. For deeper lines and wrinkles, she also provides Botox and Dysport treatments.

In her free time, she loves snowboarding, paddle boarding, and spending time at the beach with her family. Joanne is passionate about aesthetic nursing because it allows her to help clients look and feel their best. Her goal is to deliver safe, effective treatments while empowering each client to become more confident in their own skin.
